Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReadyNex — the coach web app at app.readynex.cc and the ReadyNex mobile apps for coaches and clients. ReadyNex is operated by Yuyao Qingyao Sports Technology Co., Ltd. (余姚轻曜体育科技有限公司) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ReadyNex you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
ReadyNex helps coaches manage clients and teams: training plans, testing and reports, client feedback and finished sessions, and Ready AI, an assistant that drafts plans and analysis for the coach to review. We may change, add or remove features from time to time.
2. Your account and acceptable use
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Coaches are responsible for the client and team data they add.
- Do not use ReadyNex for anything unlawful or harmful, and do not disrupt, probe or overload the service.
- Using Ready AI or any AI feature of ReadyNex to generate sexual, pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content is strictly prohibited. You must not request the generation of, upload, publish, or distribute such content, including erotic material, depictions of sexual acts, sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content (including AI-generated deepfakes). This prohibition applies to text, images, audio, video, and any other content format, whether involving real, fictional, or AI-generated individuals.
- Do not use prompts, uploaded materials, or other methods to evade or attempt to bypass safeguards to obtain the prohibited content described above.
If you violate these acceptable use rules, we may remove the relevant content, restrict access to AI features, or suspend or terminate your account.
3. Coaches, clients and health
ReadyNex is a tool for coaches and their clients. Training advice and agreements between a coach and a client are their own responsibility; we are not a party to that relationship.
Health disclaimer: Training content in ReadyNex, including anything Ready AI writes, is for reference only and is not medical advice. AI output can be wrong; the coach reviews and decides. If you have a health concern, talk to a qualified physician before starting or changing a training plan. You take on the risks of exercise.
4. Plans, payment and refunds
- Free and paid plans. ReadyNex has a Free plan and paid Plus and Pro plans, priced in US dollars on our pricing page. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
- Our reseller. Purchases on the web are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io), which handles payment, taxes and invoices for those orders. Your card details go to Creem and its payment processors, never to us.
- Billing periods. On the web, each payment buys one month or one year of the plan you choose. It does not renew automatically; you renew when you want to keep the plan.
- Free trial. New accounts can try Pro free for 20 days. No payment details are needed, and the trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself.
- Refunds. If ReadyNex is not right for you, email support@readynex.cc within 14 days of a web purchase for a full refund.
- App Store purchases. Plans bought in an iPhone app are sold by Apple under Apple's terms; renewals, cancellations and refunds for those go through your Apple ID.
5. Your content
Content you create in ReadyNex — plans, notes, client records, feedback — belongs to you or your coach. You give us the permission we need to store, process and display it to run the service, including sending the parts a feature needs to our AI model providers. The ReadyNex software, design and brand are ours.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using ReadyNex and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ReadyNex is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page; continuing to use ReadyNex after that means you accept them.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Questions? Email support@readynex.cc.
